The website is operated by the Solomons Association, hereinafter “OKFR”, a non-profit legal entity, based in Romania.
By accessing the website and/or participating in the events promoted therein, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose of the Website
The platform aims to provide information about events organized by the Solomons Association and, where applicable, to facilitate registration or payment of participation fees through the online payment system Stripe.
3. Registration and Payments
Donations payment for the event is processed securely via Stripe, in accordance with its policies.
OKFR does not store nor has access to your card data.
In the event of an event cancellation, amounts already paid will be refunded in full within 14 days.
In case of non-attendance, refund is not possible.
4. Copyright
The content (texts, images, logos) belongs to the Solomons Association or its partners and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Solomons Association makes efforts to ensure the correctness of information, but cannot be held liable for possible errors or temporary service interruptions.
6. Personal Data Protection
Data processing is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
OKFR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on the website.
