On the shores of Lake Herăstrău, in the heart of Bucharest, a gateway opens into the rural memory of Romania. Here, every house, every porch, every wooden church preserves the echo of a life lived with purpose. From Maramureș to Oltenia, from Moldova to Dobrogea, the museum gathers over 70 traditional dwellings and constructions, carefully reassembled in a quiet ritual of continuity.
