Accommodation at Hotel Radisson – Useful Information for Participants

We have chosen Hotel Radisson for its central location and proximity to our main working venues. It offers both convenience and comfort throughout the event.
A total of 120 rooms have been reserved, distributed as follows:

• ~17% VIP/high-category rooms
• ~83% standard rooms

📍 Bucharest hosts numerous events during the autumn season, and hotel availability may be limited.
We strongly recommend booking your room in advance.

Price for accommodation also includes access to all the Sinod activities!

There will be two booking periods:

• January 1 – June 15, 2026 – Early Booking

→ This period is dedicated to those who wish to secure their preferred room category early, with priority access and potential additional benefits

• June 15 – August  15, 2026 – Late Booking

→ Standard booking period, subject to availability. After this date, room occupancy will be high, and accommodation at Hotel Radisson can no longer be guaranteed.

To assist participants of the Synod, the booking page will feature three circular indicators (one for each room category), showing the real-time occupancy rate of the reserved rooms.

Of course, we will do our best to support those who miss the indicated deadlines, but we cannot guarantee accommodation at Hotel Radisson beyond the official booking periods.
